Welcome to the official borsch.ca website!!

In late 2022 we went thru another major technology upgrade to the site resulting in a whole new look. Here is the old versus the new:

The new borsch.ca website focuses on being more interactive - allowing visitors (both registered and non-registered) to contribute and comment on areas of interest.

We have introduced the ability for visitors to comment on articles as well as introducing the concept of “blog posts” focused on driving input via comments.
